Access the room by entering the code or scanning the QR code received in your email after making your reservation on the panel located at the entrance of the room. Enter the code again on the central screen inside the room. Your locker will open automatically. Remember to check the locker number. Place your luggage and other belongings inside, then close the door.

Yes, you can access it as many times as you want during your reservation period with your codes. Every time you close the locker door, the system will ask if you've finished your reservation or if you'll return. Don't forget to respond to these prompts; it will allow you to retrieve your luggage or use the locker for another person in need. A one-day reservation spans from 06:30 to 06:29 the following day.

Absolutely. The lockers are secured with a PIN code that only you know. Entry codes to the premises are different for each user. Make sure to close your locker door and shut the store door behind you. The store is protected by a 24/7 closed-circuit television system. However, we are not responsible for any loss or theft of your personal belongings.

Yes, provided that the modification or cancellation is made 48 hours prior to the start date of the reserved service, you must contact us by sending an email to contact@lockandbeach.es. In case of a modification, we will cancel the previous reservation to allow you to make a new one for the same, longer, or shorter duration.

You'll receive a confirmation email with a unique PIN code and a QR code that you can use to access your locker. If you haven't received this email, please check your SPAM folder. Otherwise, please contact us at contact@lockbeach.es.

You can pay for your locker rental using credit/debit cards such as VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, etc.

Don't worry! When you access your locker, you'll receive an email with a link to pay for the additional rental time and reactivate your reservation. You'll then have 15 minutes to retrieve your luggage.

No matter the number of bags, you pay for the locker. Just make sure not to overload the lockers to avoid damaging your belongings or the lockers themselves. Choose the locker size that suits your personal items. IMPORTANT: Si vos bagages ne rentre pas à l'intérieur du casier et que vous devez forcer la porte à se fermer, le mécanisme de verrouillage ne s'ouvrira pas et nous devrons facturer des frais d'appel pour qu'un technicien vienne ouvrir manuellement le casier.

Luggage can be stored for a maximum of 30 days.

You can retrieve your luggage up to 10 days after the end of the reservation. Lock&Beach reserves the right to remove them and place them elsewhere. To reclaim them, you'll need to pay for the days beyond the reservation period. From the 11th day, the luggage will be considered abandoned. If you wish to have your luggage sent by mail, the shipping costs will be entirely at your expense (to be paid in advance), and Lock&Beach will charge an additional fee of 60€. Lock&Beach will not assume any risks for parcel transportation.
